Short delays due to forest service road upgrades
SEYMOUR ARM – Travellers on the 1000, 1020, 1100 Forest Service Road to Seymour Arm may experience delays of up to 30 minutes between now and Oct. 30, 2009 due to roadwork that will improve safety and year-round driving conditions.
The upgrades will take place from Kilometre 0 at the 1000 Road junction, and continue to Kilometre 8.5 on the 1100 FSR, which marks the turn-off to Seymour Arm. The project includes the widening of the road surface, improving sightlines, and realignments of the road to improve safety.
