Abe Zacharias concert in Pritchard

It has been 12 years since Abe Zacharias won his first award for Male Vocalist of the Year for all of the U.S. and Canada including Songwriter of the Year with the Country Gospel Music Association in Knoxville TN. Since then he has won 9 other awards for his songwriting and his songs are receiving airplay in Canada, the US as well as in many parts of Europe such as Italy, Norway and Denmark.

Abe’s latest accomplishment is his song My Country Home which went to # 1 in Denmark in the month of June, 2009. This is obviously a satisfying achievement for all Abe’s years of touring, songwriting and recording that he has done.

He has recorded 13 albums to date. Another CD is forthcoming in the not too distant future. He is currently on a compilation with Triplestrand Productions based out of Elk River, Minnesota.

Abe will be in Concert at the Pritchard Community Hall on Saturday July 18th at 7 P.M. This is a fundraiser for the Pritchard Community Association. There will be door prizes, traditional country, country gospel and more.
