June 20, Salmon Arm — In support of the Royal Canadian Air Cadet 222 Shuswap Squadron.
It is that time of year again! The fairways are calling all golfers and the sun is shining upon them.
The local Salmon Arm squadron of Air Cadets is holding their 2nd Annual Golden Hawk Golf Tournament so any golfer with a yearning for the fairways is invited to join them for the afternoon of June 20th, 2009.
There are superb prizes from several businesses in Salmon Arm and great fun in store for all the golfers. Braby Motors has sponsored the Hole in One prize of $20,000.00 (to be used towards the purchase of a vehicle of their choice), Lady in the Tub Boutique, Hub Barton International Insurance, and Bin there Dump That! have also signed up to sponsor different holes on the course and ensure goodies and fun for each golfer.
If you would like to take part and support the local air cadet squadron at Salmon Arm Executive Golf Course , and enjoy and steak or chicken buffet at 6:00 pm, please contact Michelle for tickets. Tickets are going quickly and are limited to 60 golfers at $65.00 per golfer or $120.00 per team of two.
